Love and sex are the most powerful motives of our life as our natural instinct means presentation and getting of Love.

The source of joy, joyful mood and fruitful work is the harmony in this sphere of human life. For example it's known that the length of life of married humans is longer than that of single or divorced ones. Sexually active individuals have more red blood circulation, active sexual actions definitely contribute to extension of youth.

On the other hand nothing makes so much harm as sexual problems, failures in intimate relations. In this cases love and sex are as the most powerful sources of stress capable to cause an organism a lot of harm.

Love and sex being the display of physical and psychological health respond very sensitive any failures in a human's body, that's why in such a case internal and external stresses influence our body. But we know that internal stresses depend in much on ireegular nutrition by their origion. Moreover, adherence to balanced, correct nutrition and physical activity problems achievement of sufficient fitness level to limit and eliminate harmful influence of external stresses. This sexual sphere of our life depends radically on the fact if we are well and correctly fed.


Following minerals and microelements have to be consumed when eating to sustain one’s sexual function.


Calcium maintain acido-alcaly balance in the blood. It helps the hormons biosyntheses, influents the menstrual cycle, and the male and female ability to give a birth. Calcium helps muscles, heart, and nerves. It supports steady and long sexual activity. Calcium disbalance in the blood causes libido and potence decreasing. Cobalt is important part od B-12 vitamin. It is necessary for blood forming and nervous system functioning. Sources are: marine food, meat, fresh milk products.

Chrome helps regulation of the sugar level in the blood defining the energy in the body. It helps against diabet and copes with stress.

Germanium helps increasing the cholesterol level in the body, prevents allergy. It plays an important role in the oxidasing processes in body tissues. It helps with emotional disorders following loss of libido. Sources are: garlic, ginseng, aloe, greenery.

Selen in combination with vitamin E regulates the ability to conceive, prevents unsaturated fat oxidasing, defends cells from oxigene moleculas. Selen is helpful for the skin makin it young and elastic. Sources are: green vegetables, cereals, spinat, tomatoes, sea fish, meat.


Human need vitamins for proper functioning of sexual system. Preferably they have to be consumed with natural food not as supplements.

Vitamin A. Lack of vitamin A damages the sexual hormons secretion. It defines the epithelial tissue state. Dry skin is the sign of lack of the vitamin A. Main soutces are: fish, fat made of fish liver, animal liver, eggs, animal fat, cheese, yogurt. Age 18-35. Being these ages woman solve the most important problems of her life: creates a family, gives a birth, takes care of children, creates a basis for her career. The time of more attentive consideration of sexual life. 35 years old woman is considered as in the peak of her sexual life.
